TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data considered personal by the RGPD, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (so-called traffic data). This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Purpose of processing, storage and legal basis of navigation data

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your personal computer every time you connect to the Internet, either through your Internet Provider or from a corporate network using the same Internet protocols.  This address is used by websites in order to be able to send you their pages and may change each time you connect to the Internet. In this case, only your provider or your company can trace the user with whom this address has been associated in your previous connection sessions.

For the owner, IP addresses are therefore data that cannot be assimilated with a user identified in a simple way, and navigation data are used for the sole purpose of:

• obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.)

• check its correct functioning.

• Surfing data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this eventuality, at present this type of web data does not persist for more than seven days.

• The legal basis, which justifies the processing of navigation data, is based on legitimate interest, insofar as you promote your services and/or products through the visibility of the site, the latter calculated through the data on correct operation.

• With regard to navigation data, the provision of this data is mandatory as it is necessary for the correct functioning of communication between the site and your browser.

 

COOKIE

In order to improve the user experience of the website he/she is consulting, we use cookies, i.e. text files (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store on the user's client (in particular in the browser), information to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or afterwards, even after a few days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, based on the user's preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) and are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, monitoring sessions, storing information on specific configurations concerning users accessing the web server, storing preferences, site page visibility statistics, etc.

The acquisition of the sender's contact data and all the personal data included in the communications derives from the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses present on the website, from private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided for), and from the filling in and forwarding of forms present on the site.

Specific summarised information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site dedicated to the collection of specific personal data.

Purpose of processing, storage and legal basis of data voluntarily provided by the user

Personal data, provided voluntarily by the user, are used for the sole purpose of:

In particular, we would like to inform you that we will only process, as categories of personal data, information of an identifying nature such as: name, surname, address and city, e-mail address and telephone or mobile phone number of the person concerned as well as the company name of the company to which the person belongs. The legal basis, which justifies the processing, falls within the fulfilments necessary to respond to your requests.

Marketing activities by sending, also by e-mail and telephone contact with operator, promotional and advertising material, commercial communications and offers concerning our services or products;

Newsletter subscription, for the promotion of our services or products.

The provision of personal data, for the sole purposes in question, is to be considered optional and therefore, in the event of your refusal, there are no consequences other than the impossibility of implementing initiatives aimed at improving our service to you as well as keeping you updated on developments in our offers and products. The legal basis, which justifies the processing of the relevant personal data, requires the expression of consent.

All data will be retained for as long as is strictly necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was processed, in particular until you inform us that you are not interested in our commercial, promotional or advertising communications or when you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter. At the end of the retention period, the personal data relating to you will be deleted or anonymised.

 

​PLACE, METHOD OF PROCESSING AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Personal data, connected to the consultation of the pages and interaction with the web services offered by this site (physically placed in "Hosting" at the provider: Wix.com Ltd - 500 Terry A. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

At any time, the subjects to whom the personal data refer can exercise the rights provided for by the articles. from 15 to 22 of the RGPD, by means of a simple written request addressed to the Data Controller also by e-mail, ordinary mail, certified email or via delegated person, according to the methods established by the art. 12 of the RGPD, within the limits set by Title I – Chapter III of the Privacy Code, for which: (i) obtain access to personal data to know the origin of the data, the purpose of the processing, the logic applied to the processing with the use of electronic tools, categories of data, recipients (or categories of recipients) to whom they will be communicated, retention period and their communication in an intelligible form; (ii) obtain rectification, integration, deletion of data or limitation of processing; (iii) object to the processing of your personal data; (iv) obtain data portability, where relevant; (v) withdraw consent at any time; (vi) lodge a complaint, pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, if you believe that the processing concerning you violates the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, to the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data or to the supervisory authority of the EU Member State in where he habitually resides or works, or the place where the alleged violation occurred.

Finally, the Data Controller informs you that the communication of the data, following your request or exercise of rights, could take place subject to a reimbursement of expenses.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The data controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to current and living law, as well as taking into due consideration the suggestions made by interested parties. In the event of changes to this Privacy Policy by the data controller, the date of the revision will be updated, indicating the effective date of the updates.
