TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data considered personal by the RGPD, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (so-called traffic data). This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Purpose of processing, storage and legal basis of navigation data
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your personal computer every time you connect to the Internet, either through your Internet Provider or from a corporate network using the same Internet protocols. This address is used by websites in order to be able to send you their pages and may change each time you connect to the Internet. In this case, only your provider or your company can trace the user with whom this address has been associated in your previous connection sessions.
For the owner, IP addresses are therefore data that cannot be assimilated with a user identified in a simple way, and navigation data are used for the sole purpose of:

The legal basis, which justifies the processing of the relevant personal data, requires the expression of consent.
All data will be retained for as long as is strictly necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was processed, in particular until you inform us that you are not interested in our commercial, promotional or advertising communications or when you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter. At the end of the retention period, the personal data relating to you will be deleted or anonymised.
PLACE, METHOD OF PROCESSING AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
At any time, the subjects to whom the personal data refer can exercise the rights provided for by the articles. from 15 to 22 of the RGPD, by means of a simple written request addressed to the Data Controller also by e-mail, ordinary mail, certified email or via delegated person, according to the methods established by the art. 12 of the RGPD, within the limits set by Title I – Chapter III of the Privacy Code, for which: (i) obtain access to personal data to know the origin of the data, the purpose of the processing, the logic applied to the processing with the use of electronic tools, categories of data, recipients (or categories of recipients) to whom they will be communicated, retention period and their communication in an intelligible form; (ii) obtain rectification, integration, deletion of data or limitation of processing; (iii) object to the processing of your personal data; (iv) obtain data portability, where relevant; (v) withdraw consent at any time; (vi) lodge a complaint, pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, if you believe that the processing concerning you violates the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, to the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data or to the supervisory authority of the EU Member State in where he habitually resides or works, or the place where the alleged violation occurred.
Finally, the Data Controller informs you that the communication of the data, following your request or exercise of rights, could take place subject to a reimbursement of expenses.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The data controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to current and living law, as well as taking into due consideration the suggestions made by interested parties. In the event of changes to this Privacy Policy by the data controller, the date of the revision will be updated, indicating the effective date of the updates.
