Quality Controls

Often the prerequisites for a good purchase are not fulfilled once the product is received, which is why we send our employees to the farms to evaluate the goods we offer our customers.
We utilise the professionalism of globally renowned third-party companies to whom we entrust batch sampling and sealing services, as well as top European testing laboratories to verify that our raw materials have the characteristics and nutritional values desired by our customers and that they comply with the food or feed regulations of the European Union or other countries of destination.
We follow strict protocols to be able to deal in organically grown products by certifying not only the products, but also that the rules for storage and packaging are met.

Deliver

We deliver our products directly to our customers' premises in all European Union countries, the United States and Canada.
Our logistics partners have the necessary equipment for transporting grain and oil in bulk by road, rail and sea and have the required certifications for food transport.
We take care of customs formalities for both exports and imports to give the customer the possibility to receive the products without any additional bureaucracy.

Secure Transactions

We offer our customers the possibility of eliminating risk in their purchasing transactions by assuming responsibility for the product until delivery.
Our contracts follow the standards of the International Chamber of Commerce to ensure impartiality for all parties involved.
We have flexible payment terms and, for more complex transactions, we use financial instruments such as Letters of Credit or Escrow Agreements.
